Middle School Cross Country Fitness – Teen/Adult
Join a middle school cross country team, get involved in your school and Middle School Weight Training
meet new friends. Train two days a week at your middle school campus, then Weight training program specifically designed for middle school students.
represent your team in meets with other middle school teams. Program held This group training includes entry into the Cedar Hills Recreation Center
outside; dress for the weather - we go rain or shine. On meet days parents/ weight room during class time only. No class 11/11, 11/25, 11/27.
