Weight & Cardio Room

Masks are recommended, we support your choice entering and throughout the entire workout session in the facility.

Hours of operation

Monday - Friday: 7am - 8:30pm

Saturday: 8am - 1pm

Weight Room Orientation:

Learn the proper techniques for using weight room equipment. This is an hour-long session led by a certified personal trainer designed to get your workout routine off to a great start! Discuss goals and learn how to use some of our weight and cardio machines.

Personal Training:

Private appointments with a certified personal trainer to customize your fitness program, offer accountability and help you reach your goals. Each session is one hour in length.
1 session $65.50 ID/ $82 OD
3 sessions $196.50 ID/ $246 OD
6 sessions $393 ID/ $492 OD

Age Requirements

The weight and cardio room is designed for patrons ages 14 years and up. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and go through a weight room walk through. Please schedule an appointment at the center.(parents can fill out the waiver form at our office).

No one under the age 14 is allowed unless prearranged by a manager and accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian, parent-approved coach,+ or THPRD fitness instructor).
