Environmental Volunteering
The Natural Resources Department promotes stewardship of natural areas by working closely with park neighbors, schools, civic groups, local businesses and government agencies.
In addition, we provide opportunities for local scouts to participate in park improvement projects as a part of their advancement process. Check out our Scout Projects page for a list of possible projects.
These partnerships provide excellent opportunities for volunteers to work together and improve the community. We encourage you to become involved at a park in your neighborhood.
