Book an unforgettable Birthday Party with Conestoga! You can submit a Party Package Request Form and return to conestogaparties@thprd.org.

Basic Room Party Package

• Cost: $160 includes one hour party room rental
• Party Leader included to decorate your room, lead activities and help with clean-up
• Base price includes 30 participants (1 parent per every 10 children)
• $50 non-refundable deposit required to book

Gym Party Package

• Cost: $265 for up to 15 kids ($10 for each additional child)
• Basic Party Package + one hour in the Gym
• One-hour activity in half of the gymnasium (available weekend afternoons only)
• Party Leader will facilitate games in the gymnasium. Specific activities should be requested at time of booking.
• $50 non-refundable deposit required to book

Pool Party Package

• Cost: $285 for up to 15 kids ($10 for each additional child)
• Basic Party Package + one hour in the pool during public Open Swim

Graduation Parties

Safety Guidelines for Pool Rental/Parties

For safety reasons, please follow the following guidelines:

1. During swim time, there must be one adult for every three children under the age of seven in the pool.
2. Adults must be in the water for children 7 years of age or older to act as a visual supervisor of your group. (Ratio of 1 adult to 7 children)
3. Additional adult swimmers must pay the drop-in rate
4. Anyone choosing not to swim must watch from the spectator section. This area is removed from the pool deck, and may not be used by the adults designated in the ratios stated above.
5. No food or drink allowed on the pool deck.
6. All children of diaper-wearing age must wear swim diapers. For your convenience, we have them available for purchase at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to scheduled event to receive a refund, minus the deposit.
