Public Records Request
Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District will make available any public record requested by any person pursuant to ORS 192.420, provided that the record requested is not exempt from disclosure under the provisions of ORS Chapter 192 or other state or federal laws.
To request a public record, please complete the Public Records Request Form and submit it to the Public Records Officer at the THPRD Administration Office, 15707 SW Walker Road, Beaverton, Oregon 97226, or fax at 503.629.6302 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that a requestor has the option to review materials at the THPRD Administration Office after scheduling an appointment during normal business hours.
ORS 192.440 authorizes a public body to establish fees to reimburse the body for the actual cost in making the public records available. The actual cost may include among other things: a charge for the time spent by the public body’s staff in locating the requested records, reviewing the records in order to delete exempt material, supervising a person’s inspection of the original documents in order to protect the records, copying records, certifying documents as true copies, or sending records by special methods such as express mail. Following those requirements, the Public Records Officer has adopted the following Public Records Document Fee Schedule. This fee schedule will be used to assess charges for any public records request.
