How big is the pool?
The pool is 50 meters long and 25 yards wide.
How deep is the pool?
The pool is 3.5 feet deep in the shallow end and 17 feet deep in the diving area.
How much water does the pool hold?
The pool holds about 960,000 gallons of water.
What amenities does the pool have?
The pool is equipped with the following:
- Two 1-meter diving boards
- Two 3-meter diving boards
- A dive tower with 5, 7.5 and 10-meter platforms (10-meter not open to public)
- Rope swing
- Small kids slide
- Portable climbing toy ("Iceberg") during open swims - MWF afternoon summer session
- Handicap lift available on request
What is required to become a lifeguard?
To become a lifeguard, you must be at least 16 years of age and have current American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid and CPR/PR certifications.

What is the temperature of the pool?
The water temperature is approximately 84 degrees F.
Can I bring a guest?
You are welcome to bring a guest. Guests will pay out-of-district fees unless in-district residency can be proven with a Tualatin Hills ID card.
Can I bring a youth to the adult lap swims?
Only adults, 18 and older, may swim during the adult lap swim.
How many laps is a mile?
If you are swimming short course (25 yards), you must swim 36 laps to swim a mile. A lap is down and back for a total of 50 yards. If you are swimming long course (50 meters), you must swim 16 laps to swim a mile. A lap is down and back for 100 meters.
